Alright Machinima Directors. Here's another chance for you to show your stuff. MACHINIMATV PRESENTS: The Concourse needs short clips for
A} Commercial. Commercial for what? Who Cares! Show off a fake product or service. Advertise the opening of an exciting new store. Show case your site.
A Teaser trailer for an actual or fake machinima. As long as it's decent, you can go for anything!
B} A commercial for MACHINIMATV PRESENTS: The Concourse leading to the notice of the opening date and set to the tune of "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire. (please contact me for more information on this ad)
ENTRY RULES:
1) Entries must be no longer that 1 minute and 30 seconds (90 seconds) in length.
2) Common decency must be used (no explicitly offensive language/actions)
3) Must not be slow paced.
4) ANY software platform can be used to create the commercial(s) as long as all contest rules are followed. You can even make use of multiple software platforms
5) Entries MUST be uploaded to a video site such as Vimeo or Youtube.
6) Both 4:3 (full-screen) and 16:9 (wide-screen) video formats are accepted. The minimum video size to be accepted will be 400X220. Due to current broadcasting restrictions, a severely degraded video quality will be imposed on any video larger than 800x600.
7) I must be notified of these entries by August 23rd. You can notify me here or through a private message.
8) If selected, these entries must be made available for download.
9) Only 100 (one hundred) unique entries per person will be accepted.
PRIZES:
The entrants that are selected will be featured the first week of the broadcast. First and second place gets a revolving feature every month for the rest of season 2. First place will will be invited to have "screen time" in the show (before the end of this year).
